- I’m a gay man who works for the investment banking division of a bank in London UK, and I have a complicated personal life. Before November 2006 this blog was called "Things I can’t tell boyfriend number 1", because from 1989 my primary relationship was with a guy who I referred to in this blog as "boyfriend number 1". I absolutely adored him, however the relationship was not monogamous. In January 2008 I abandoned the boyfriend numbering scheme on this blog and now "ex-boyfriend S" is the guy that I used to refer to as "boyfriend number 1", "ex-boyfriend P" is the guy that I used to refer to as "boyfriend number 2" and "ex-boyfriend R" is the guy that I used to refer to as "boyfriend number 3". Since early July 2009 I've had a new boyfriend, who's called boyfriend T.
